Within 48 hours, we'll confirm whether your requested date and time are open.
If the date's available, we'll send a 50% deposit invoice by email. This is what reserves your date and time — nothing is held until it's paid. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event, and deposits are non-refundable if the event is cancelled within 2 weeks of the scheduled date.
